سياسة الاسترجاع والاستبدال:
يُسمح باسترداد البذور خلال سبعة (7) أيام من تاريخ استلام الطلب، شريطة ألا تكون مغلفات البذور قد تعرضت للتلف أو الرطوبة.
يتم تحويل قيمة الطلب إلى حساب العميل خلال يومين من تاريخ استرجاع المنتجات.
العميل يتحمل تكاليف الشحن والتوصيل سواء في حالة الطلب أو الاسترجاع أو الاستبدال.
Return and Exchange Policy:
Seeds can be returned within seven (7) days of receiving the order, provided that the seed packets are not damaged or exposed to moisture.
The order amount will be refunded to the customer’s account within two days of the return.
The customer is responsible for shipping and delivery charges in the case of ordering, returning, or exchanging
